Itinerary

Upon arrival at Jabalpur railway station/airport meet by our company representative who will meet and greet you & drive to Kanha National Park & Arrive Kanha National Park. Check-in at the hotel & rest of the day at leisare to enjoy the facilities at the lodge & Overnight Kanha National Park.

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Early morning enjoy Jeep Safari into the Kanha National Park / Game drive. Later return to your hotel have breakfast.

Kanha Tiger Reserve popularly known as Kanha National Park is one among the many tiger reserves of India and is considered as the largest National Park of Madhya Pradesh. It has been listed in the top 10 Famous Tourist spots of India. The park is a home to major population of Royal Bengal Tiger, sloth bear, leopards, Indian wild dog and Barasingha. The worldwide unforgettable classic Jungle Book was the result of the inspiration to Rudyard Kipling which he gathered from the lush green forests of sal and bamboo, green meadows and ravines or gorge of Kanha. Kanha Tiger Reserve popularly known as Kanha National Park is one among the many tiger reserves of India and is considered as the largest National Park of Madhya Pradesh with an extension of over 1,940-sq-kms. Kanha was divided into two sanctuaries in 1930s, Hallon (250 km²) and Banjar (300 km²). On 1 June 1955 Kanha National Park was established.

Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel & drive to Amarkantak. Arrive Amarkantak & check-in at hotel. Proceed to visit local sightseeng in Amarkantak.

Amarkantak is a well frequented Hindu pilgrimage center that is popularly known as "Teerthraj" - "the king of pilgrimages". The group of ancient temples of the Kalachuri period such as Machhendranath, Pataleshwar and Kailash Narayan, Shri Yantra Mandir, Mrityunjay Ashram, Bhrigu Kamandal are some more places to see in Amarkantak that you can note miss. At a short distance from Amarkantak is the Kabir Chabutra, where the mystic poet Sant Kabir is said to have meditated and achieved salvation. The rich natural heritage and spiritual vibes of Amarkantak will fill your heart with happiness and positivity. Visit Sonmuda, Shri Yantar temple, Kabir Chabutra and Ancient temples of Kalachuri period.
After visit major attraction point Kapildhara Water fall, Narmada Udgam & Narmada Kund, Evening witness Aarti ceremony at Narmada Kund. Overnight at Amarkantak.

Morning after breakfast check-out from your hotel proceed visit Sonmuda, Shri Yantar temple, Kabir Chabutra and Ancient temples of Kalachuri period.

It is the meeting point of the Vindhya and the Satpura Ranges, with the Maikal Hills being the fulcrum. The forests surrounding Amarkantak have a rich variety of plants with medicinal properties, which make it extremely significant from an ecological point of view. Amarkantak is draped with lush mango trees and hence it is believed that the great Sanskrit poet Kalidasa visited Amarkantak and called it Amrakoot. This can be witnessed at Mai Ki Bagiya, which is a grove of mango and banana trees. Three rivers - the holy Narmada, the Sone and the Johila emerge here from the womb of Amarkantak. A rising stream of Narmada can be seen at The Narmada Udgam Temple which is the most visited place in Amarkantak. Every year on the occasion of Narmada Jayanti, devotees in abundance gather here to attend the special event. Narmada Udgam temple is surrounded with wonderful natural wonders like Narmada kund, Sonemuda (the source of river Sone), plunging Dugdhara falls and the Kapildhara falls.

After visit drive to Jabalpur. Arrive Jabalpur. Check-in at the hotel & proceed to visit Rani Durgavati Museum, Balancing Rock, Madan Mahal For & Pishan Hari Ki Maraiya. Evening witness the blissful Maha Aarti honouring River Narmada at Gwarighat. Pilgrims attending the prayer take vows to keep the holy water of the river clean. Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari, Cauvery, and Narmada are the five holy rivers of India. Narmada is the holiest. She is also called Reva and Purvaganga. It is said that a view of the river cleanses our sins. Interestingly, legend goes that when Ganga feels polluted thanks to her worshippers who take a dip, she comes in the form of a black cow to have a purifying bath in the Narmada!
After visit return to the hotel & Overnight at Jabalpur.

Morning after breakfast. Check-out from the hotel & proceed to visit Bhedaghat (Shot in many movies like Ashoka, Mohan Jodaro etc.) & Dhuandhar water falls. Enjoy boat ride (on direct payment basis) through the 100 feet high white Marble rocks of Bhedaghat. Also visit Chaunsath Yogini Temple on the way back from Bhedaghat.

After visit in time transfer to railway station/airport to board train / flight for onward journey.
